Adolescent Therapy

Being a teenager can be both exciting and difficult, all at the same time. It’s a period filled with growth, emotional challenges, and questions about who you are. I create a nonjudgmental environment to process emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence in yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, school stress, relationships, and identity, I’m here to support you.

Couples Therapy

Relationships thrive when partners feel seen, heard, and understood. In couples therapy, I create a compassionate and safe space where you and your partner(s) can explore challenges, identify unhelpful patterns, and rebuild trust and connection. Whether navigating monogamous or non-monogamous dynamics, I am affirming and supportive of diverse relationship structures. Together, we’ll work toward strengthening your bond, enhancing communication, and moving forward as a team.

  • Relationships are a big part of our lives. Whether it’s with our romantic partners, friends, family, or coworkers, it’s natural for conflicts to come up in our relationships. I provide a safe space for you to explore the patterns around your relationships and find healthy ways of relating and connecting to others.
